20 years of marriage
I wanted to write a special post today.
But I can't seem to find the right words.
Today hubby and I have been married 20 years.
I was just reading a post on another blog that I frequent
and it hit me like a ton of bricks... It's how I feel about
being separated from hubby (except in our case it's the
opposite.. it's hubby that does the cooking and mending.. lol).
Here is the link:

Here's to many, many more years of being blissfully crazy together!

Transforming
As I focus more on my spiritual growth, I have noticed I care less
about what other people think or say. I am more concerned with
what I do or say. Another thing.. while I still have a tendency to
feel "invisible" or unappreciated for my thoughts.. that feeling is
much less stronger. I feel it and then let it go.
Most likely, people I know have not noticed anything different
about me (and that's ok!) but "I" have noticed a transformation
happenening within me.
I think we all transform within our whole lives.. it's when we
focus on introspection, we become in tune with it and can
actually feel it as it happens.
It's a pretty cool thing.
I can't wait to see what happens down the road!

Let Go!
I've learned a lot about patience and love the last..oh, three years. When I "let go and let God", I find I get a lot more peace and harmony. When I try to control the world.. I feel the stress!
Recently, something was bothering me. It was driving me insane thinking about it. I thought to myself "oh, yeah, you try to show others that it's all good and that there's no need to freak out about anything but here you are on the verge of a meltdown! Not following your own advice, eh?"
So I gave it up to God. Right then and there, I said "Here you go, it's your problem now.. not mine."
He was more than happy to take the problem from me and I felt that wonderful peace before I was bothered by the pesky thing!
Wow.. He truly is awesome.
